Léopold Lambert is an architect who has been successively a Parisian, a Hong Konger, a Mumbaikar and a New Yorker. Through books, articles, architectural projects, product design, photography, cartographies, and film, he attempts to articulate an editorial line that questions the politics of design in relation to the bodies. Friday’s presentation will include a short presentation of the following projects:

*The Funambulist: a blog started in 2007 hosting the main work on this editorial line

*Archipelago: the podcast platform of the Funambulist

*Weaponized Architecture: a book about architecture used as a weapon in the occupied Palestinian territories

*The Funambulist Pamphlets & Papers: a series of books archiving the blog’s writing

*Topie Impitoyable: a forthcoming book about the body and its political relation to design

*Various design work

See you there!
